Majority of our adults are LGBT, but the straight segment of our congregation is rapidly growing!
Mission: To make disciples, do justice, and help those in greatest need.
Leadership Model: Our congregation is led by a Board of Directors elected by voting members of our Congregation. Our Senior Pastor serves as standing chair of the Board of Directors.
Preaching: 30 minutes, high teaching content, Biblical focus
Music and Worship: Deliberately blended to reflect our multicultural congregation
Children & Youth: Dynamic classes and small groups for children and youth, segmented by age; nursery for infants
Many Oasis Groups – weekly small groups that meet in homes and at the church for study, prayer, friendship, and support
Discipleship Classes – intensive 8-week transformational learning opportunities, offered regularly
Huge level of volunteer participation within our congregation, supporting 20 different Ministry Teams serving Christ through nursery care, church cleaning, pastoral care, worship media, writing daily devotionals, publishing ministry, etc.
Missions and Outreach
Local – partnering with Dayspring Homeless Shelter for families and with the Marion County Humane Society
Global – missions trips and year-round support for an orphanage in Guatemala, girls-school education in South Sudan, and home building in the Navajo Nation, New Mexico
